Excellent product and service - from initial consultation through to installation. John provided a friendly and straightforward survey with no pressure whatsoever. The fitters arrived on time, again very polite, efficient and did an excellent job. They even vacuumed up, leaving everything super clean. Highly recommended.

Had all our windows and doors replaced by JC Windows a few years ago now, we were and remain very pleased with our purchase that came with a 10 year guarantee. They did a fantastic job at a good price. If you're looking for windows and/or doors we would highly recommend them.

Terrible after sales customer service. Have been waiting over 3 months for a latch to be replaced, which has led to a draughty living space, letting heat out of the house. Have tried multiple times to speak to John, who repeatedly has asked to ‘leave it with him’, yet failed to deliver. After having chased multiple times, I am on the verge of lodging a formal complaint.

Jc windows driver today on Preston old rd Blackpool driving dangerous and tried to overtake a cyclist whilst the cyclist signal to turn right at a fork in the rd, JC windows driver tried to overtake on a corner, nearly hitting the cyclist, a very dangerous manoeuvre and highly illegal, I was the driver behind the JC Windows white sign written van and whiteness the dangerous manoeuvre , and the poor cyclist could of been killed for the actions of your driver. This driver who was representing your company JC windows, i was going to post the dash cam footage, but google review’s will not accept file at this time, I will put it on tik tok and youtube/ face book shortly, this will not look good for your company

We chose J C Windows to build our conservatory and we weren't disappointed. Jobs were completed on time (sometimes ahead of schedule) and all aspects of the workmanship was first class. We would definitely recommend this company.

Absalute joke of a company, I own my own company in Liverpool and settled a few contracts in Blackpool, decided to call around to set up a meeting to complete the contract on our behalf... may I add a very big contract this was! I called this company as they were one of the first that popped up on Google, a guy called John put the phone down half way through explaining myself and who I was, then I called back and was rudely told to call back after he's dealt with his customer! Unfortunately for this idiot he has just lost out on a big contract!

Arrived on time, good clean instalation, doors fitted well and looked the part. Martin and Mark were polite and worked hard, they left the property clean and tidy. Thank you

Would like to say a big thank you to JC Windows for replacing my upstairs windows and installing me a brand new composite front door. The transformation looks amazing. They came when they said they would and the job was done with speed and the fitting is quality. Thank you John for you hard work.

I can certainly recommend this company, they recently replaced all of my windows doors and roofline also rebuilt my old conservatory complete with brickwork and a solid tiled roof, I could not have been happier with the end result, it all looks superb. Mike as a first contact was very friendly and helpful, John the owner and Tony his number one were both extremely professional and I could not fault anything they did and I am quite a fussy sort of bloke, in fact I would say they took a great deal of pride in their work, which was meticulous in every detail, you will not find a better company, our thanks go to all at JC Windows.
