Bought our caravan a few months back from John at choice caravans, and the continued support and service we've been receiving from him as and when needed has just been absolutely remarkable! We'd be living in a very different planet if more people like John existed in any form of service. Despite some operational learning curves we're having he's always been cordial, responsive and insightful while helping us. I went over to collect my caravan today from Choice Caravans after paying a deposit over the phone without seeing it. The Caravan was brilliant as described to the best of their ability by John and his Daughter. Both John and his daughter was very friendly, very helpful and very polite and the Cup of tea was outstanding too. I would definitely recommend Choice Caravans to anyone. This is our first caravan, so no experience and everything new to us. John and Sally were excellent and led us every step of the way whilst chosing our caravan. Recently bought a 6 berth lunar ultima from choice caravans! From the moment we rang and spoke with John we knew we were in good hands. We arranged a time and day suitable for us all to go and view the caravan. John's daughter Sally, unlocked the caravan and left us to look around it ourselves - she even entertained our children for hours so we could look at it in peace and chat with John 😂 Both John and Sally were very informative and went above and beyond for our family and are genuine and honest in all that they say and do! John was incredible in helping us purchase our first family caravan having only had a two berth before. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great price for the caravan we bought. He was friendly and helpful and couldn’t have done more to make sure we were all set up and ready to go.

Fantastic experience so professional and friendly, would definitely recommend using this company when you are looking for a caravan. John went over and above while we were going through our sale. Think I will take back everything I said before. Totally disappointed we have had nothing but problems with this caravan. When we first started getting problems my husband called John but got no help whatsoever. First it was the battery, which wasn't even connected properly!! Now it's a leaking water system, we have not had this caravan for even a year yet. Will have to put in to get a complete service before we can use it!! Shocking absolutely shocking. We have had caravans for years and never had these problems. I would think twice before buying here!!
